Teen Arrested for Seaside Rape

It went down in a seaside alleyway early this morning, right after they met up at a local spot. The trouble started shortly after midnight when the pair left the bar called Blues and hopped in a taxi with her friend. They ended up near the volunteer pub on London Road North. Then he led her toward Milton Road East and into that alley by Arnold Street around 12. 10am. Folks in the area are on edge, with this hitting close to home after a night out. Police are ramping up their presence to keep things calm and support the community through the shock. The suspect bolted on foot after the attack, but got picked up quick. He's now in custody at the Great Yarmic Center for Questioning, while a forensic cord in locks down the scene for evidence hunts and door knocks.
