Teacher Pleads Not Guilty to Assault Charges

She appeared in CalGorally, Magistrate's Court, on charges of common assault with aggravating factors, including racial elements or incidents happening. In front of a child, these alleged events took place back in February at what authorities say was a school setting. The court placed a suppression order on further details to protect those involved, so much of the case remains under wraps.
