1:04you should say Vibraha, a Shakyat Shamsav Tzivano, Al Mitzvah Tzitsiot. The big Talit that we put, Lita Tef, the Tzitsiot, and over here is Al Mitzvah Tzitsiot. Now, somebody who sleeps with the Tzitsiot at night, when he wakes up in the morning, does not say a Braha on it because he was wearing it all night. But if a person changes his Tzitsiot during the day, so let's say I go take a shower and dress whatever and after half hour or so, I'm going to put on the Tzitsiot, then a person like that should say a Braha on that Tzitsiot. Also important with regards to Shakyat Hiyano, you know, whether it's the Tzitsiot or whether it's the clothes. A lot of times, if it's the first time you're going to wear your Tzitsiot, then you're going to say Shakyat Hiyano on it, but it's the Tzitsiot Katana Tzitsiot, because certainly makes you happy to have that Mitzvah. You say Shakyat Hiyano when you wear it for the first time. But a lot of times also, when you're buying clothes, a lot of times, it depends. If it's just like a one suit, then yeah, you're going to remember to do it. But if you
