T.Y. Hilton Retires, Becomes Coach

Hilton, the star-wide receiver for the Indianapolis Colts, has retired from the NFL after a standout career. The 36-year-old made the announcement on X this week, just over three years since his last game. He spent most of his 10 years in the league with the Colts, turning into one of their all-time grades. Drafted in the third round back in 2012, Hilton broke out right away as a rookie with 50 catches, 861 yards, and 7 touchdowns. He hit over 1,000 yards in five of his first six full seasons, earned four pro-bowl nods, and led the league in receiving yards in 2000, 16 with 1,448. Fans in the Colts organization remember Hilton for his big impact, ranking third in team history for receiving yards at 9,600, 91 behind only legends Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne.
