Syracuse Alums Dominate March Madness Broadcasts

0:00On March 9th, Syracuse Women's Basketball looks set to make the NCAA Tournament on Selection Sunday, March 15th. The men's team probably needs an ACC Tournament win to join them. Still, from a broadcasting angle, Syracuse University Alums will have huge presence on the men's side, this March Madness. Ian Eagle, a Syracuse grad, handles play-by-play for the final four semi-finals on Saturday, April 4th, and the championship on Monday, April 6th. This is third year straight with Analyst Bill Rafterey and Gran Hill, plus reporter Tracy Wolfson. He'll also call games through the Elite 8 in one region. Meanwhile, fellow alum Andrew Catalan covers another region all the way to the Elite 8, teamed with Analyst Steve Papis and reporter Evan, Washburn.
