On March 26, police and firefighters in Lancashire suspect a more-land fire was set deliberately. The blaze broke out just before 6 p.m., Greenwich Mean Time on Monday near a wind turbine farm on Scoutmore and Rosendale, close to Ginncroft Lane by. Edenfield. Crews from Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service rushed in and battled the flames for four hours straight. At its peak, the fire was visible for more than 20 miles away, all the way to Eccles in Greater Manchester. A local councillor pointed out that flames popped up at two separate spots on the more, that has folks wondering about possible arson amid the dry conditions. To fight it, teams deployed all-terrain vehicles built for rough more land and infrared drones to track hot spots and wash the spread. High winds made the job even tougher that evening. Lancashire Police is now leading a joint pro with fire officials to uncover what really started this suspicious blaze.
