0:00On April 22nd, a dangerous predator named Tyumur Raja just got locked up for sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl back in September 20, 21. She was heading home from a nightclub in Odom around 4.15 a.m. hopped into what she thought was her ordered taxi, but Raja was driving. Instead, he took her to a car park and assaulted her digitally before she escaped to a nearby supermarket. The case dragged on for nearly five years, but she stayed strong through it all. Before that night, she was your typical teen-hitting college, working a job, learning to drive, chilling with friends. After, fear took over, leaving her isolated, breaking ties with loved ones, and struggling hard with trust and mental health. In court, her words hid heavy, telling him straight up that he turned her into someone bad things happened to. She pushed through the pain, anger, and confusion that wrecked years of her life, and even tried getting help, but felt totally stuck until justice kicked in. Raja stayed silent with cops, claimed it was consensual, but a jury at Bolton Crown Court saw through it, and found him guilty of sexual assault by digital penetration.

1:08Now he's behind bars, and detectives are calling him out as a real threat who won't hurt anyone else. Her bravery restored some faith in the system, and cops are urging any survivors to speak up. You'll be heard, supported, and justice will come at your pace. This one's a win for putting predators away for good.
