Nl: De zon kwam op boven het uitgestrekte Scheveningenstrand.
En: The sun rose over the vast Scheveningen Beach.
Nl: De lucht was blauw en helder, maar diep in zijn hart was Thijs nerveus.
En: The sky was blue and clear, but deep in his heart, Thijs was nervous.
Nl: Vandaag was de grote dag van het beachvolleybaltoernooi dat hij met Elsa organiseerde.
En: Today was the big day of the beach volleyball tournament that he was organizing with Elsa.
Nl: Elsa was een oude vriendin van de universiteit, en ze werkten samen om dit evenement speciaal te maken.
