And I'm gonna talk about subliminal bullying. Did you know you could be bullied on a level that you don't even realize that you being bullied? Did you know people can get into your subconscious mind. But before I get to that, before I get to the subliminal bullying, I'm gonna talk about what we all know, advertisement. They use it every single day, every single day, subliminal messages, advertising. So listen, advertisers want you to purchase their products. You see it on TV. You see it on Facebook. Have you noticed? Facebook has more ads now than ever. You know, there's ads when you make a real, you know, there's ads rolling on your real. So when we create our little videos and we put it on Facebook or different platforms, you see your message. And let me tell you something,

3:04Facebook even had the nerve to cut us down on what we can promote. I was making reals and videos, of course, every other day putting it on Facebook and I was putting a link to my little bitty book. And I said, well, I'm gonna start pushing and promoting my book that wrote many years ago. And I started putting the link, the different little books that I have on Amazon. And then, um, next thing you know, Facebook changed. It says, you can only do your promotion to links per month. I think that's ridiculous. I think that's ridiculous. And so anyway, anyway, you can only do two links a month. So I want to get back to subliminal bullying and subliminal messages. So what is subliminal? It is the stimulus or mental process below the threshold of sensation or consciousness perceived by or affecting someone's mind without there being aware of it. So appetizers, they do this every single day. And I was talking about on Facebook. I want to tie this together on Facebook.

4:07We have more ads than ever ads on lower place ads on our reals. And so when people look at our videos, our reals, you see advertisement. And guess what? I think we all got a little ADHD going on because when you see that message or that some people click on it and it takes you to the product. So what is going on? What is going on? It is a message going into your subconscious, your subconscious, right? Going into your subconscious. And you're being persuaded to make a purchase without you even realizing it. Mm-hmm. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. So if you see something McDonald's burking, whether it looks real good, you'd be like, oh, I'm going to try that. I'm going to get that. But let me tell you something. I saw it for Kentucky fire chicken in no ways. Would that make me buy anything from what I saw this ad? I would never buy that. They don't have to start on that one. They've got some new product out on a Kentucky fire chicken. And in this bowl, it looks so disgusting to me. They have chicken macaroni cheese, french fries, all in the same

5:11bowl. Now the french fries were sticking up on the side. It had the macaroni cheese. It had the chicken in the middle. And then it had gravy. I say, now, maybe some people would be persuaded to try that. But I'm like, oh, I don't think so. So listen, listen, listen, on a different note. I'm still talking about subliminal messages. They have to try that a little bit hard. I don't know if anybody want to eat all that in the same bowl. But anyway, did you know bullies use messages? They do. You got some bullies that's really cunning, deceptive. Now, we have online bullying. We have online bullying where people bully people online. We have all different types of bullies. And then we have, now this one, this is a different, I want to say new age. I really don't want to use that word. But I'm going to put it like this. Now, you may have a bullying that gets into your subconscious. You know, some people are very persuasive. They want to get you to do things. And you don't even really notice that you're doing things. And so what they're doing is to use up maybe

6:13a certain term over and over again. They may say different words over and over again. And really, you don't know you being bullied. It's really a form of bullying. It's a sophisticated bully. You don't ever heard of that. Now, I said, what is she talking about? Well, listen, listen, they're trying to get you and persuade you to do something. And you don't even know you've been persuaded to do it. You don't even know you're being persuaded to do it. So listen, listen, listen, it's a real thing. And it's a true thing. And it's very, it's a very interesting technique. So it's just like when you go to the doctor's office and the doctor gives you some news and the doctor tells you, well, I want you to lose some weight. And you don't like that. You don't like that. You don't want the doctor to tell you that you need to lose some weight. And so when he'll try something else, when you come back into the office, he may not say, well, you need to lose about 10 pounds. He may give you a pound. He got some material. He has some material I want you to read. Now, that's not bullying. I am not saying that's bullying. Come on, be smart about it. Then they give you some material. And it's about your meal plan. And he's trying to persuade you,

7:17encourage you. That's a good thing. Encourage you to lose some weight. And so listen, listen, listen, listen, I'm going to put pen in there. I'm going to come back to the subliminal messages.
