Expect delays across roads, rails, air travel and ferries from 6 p.m., Saturday until midday Sunday plus a shot at disruptive snow up in northwest, Scotland. Gusts could hit 90 miles per hour in western Scotland with 70 mile per hour blasts more common elsewhere and there's a real risk of power. Outages, knocking out mobile service and other essentials.
