Stop Your Bias Behavior

If you say you are not bias and/or never discriminate against anyone based on your bias then you are a liar. I am bias and so are you. Let's talk about what bias is so we can bring the awareness to it. Recognition first step in stopping our biases because while we don't want to have any, we all do.
