Your host, Mark Anderson, I've been off and on a bit lately, a lot of hiatuses, some home construction and home and modeling going on. Pretty disruptive, not much I can do about it, but it's pretty much done.

2:01And I'm just getting back into the groove of things. We might talk about the Austin reported shooting. We might put quotes around shooting, not sure. But I'm joined by my fellow thought criminal, Ron Avery. How you doing, Ron? You out there? Oh, pretty good. Are you on phone or are you on Skype? I mean, teams. Yeah, I'm on the phone. Yeah, power still out at my house. I'm sitting in the door. Call it. It's, it's quite clear. Your phone's almost clearer than the teams. Well, it's not good. That's a good thing. I suppose so. I'm going to turn your voice down a little in mine. I'm not going to say that I studied this very in depth. I have not. But in Austin here in our home state, the Lone Star State, the story is the West 6th Street shooting outside a place called Buferds

3:09that reportedly killed three bystanders and hospitalized 13. And that was this past weekend. Austin police and I'm reading from the local Austin news said they will release some body-worn camera footage from the incident today, as well as provide more information on the motives of the now dead suspect. I'm going to try and pronounce this because he's actually a singali person. He's not Iranian. Diadaga Dayanghi, or to that effect. N-D-I-A-G-A, like niadaga. And D-Yang, D-Yang, or D-Yangne, D-I-A-G-N-E. And he was said to be a 53-year-old naturalized citizen who they say came to the US in 2000 for the first time. He was fatally shot by police, of course,

4:11dead mental no-tails or make no confessions by police Sunday morning, early in the morning, after they say he fired into Buferds from an SUV and then exited the vehicle and reportedly fired into the crowd on West 6th Street. Austin police chief Lisa Davis said he was wearing a shirt that featured Iranian symbolism on it. Right when we're hearing our military is laying down the law with bombs in Iran. And he was wearing it when he went, when he shot into the bar and an FBI special agent named Alex Doran, D-O-R-A-N, is expected to give updates on the investigation. And they're going to be looking into it, Ron. They say, OK, first they say, and they say this on a lot of the stories. The pistol and the assault rifle, assault rifle, used by the alleged shooter, were legally purchased.

5:13This is being very emphasized that this guy legally purchased these firearms. Of course, the implication is that maybe one, maybe a person should not be able to legally purchase these guns. That's kind of whatever you see this, that's the hint. There's the word, there's a hinting around here. Well, if somebody this dangerous can legally purchase these kind of weapons, maybe the best thing to do is make it so no one can legally purchase them. That's what I get out of that, Ron. That's exactly what I get. And I have a thought that it'll scare me. Go ahead. Yeah, and then Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza said he will not prosecute the officers who shot the suspect a Garza called the officer's heroes,

6:14said he would not take the case to a grand jury. And they're investigating, lastly, whether this was an act of terrorism. So if you wear a t-shirt, that's supposed to be pretty suggestive proof that you might be an agent of a foreign power, and maybe you're exacting revenge for what the US is doing in Iran. And therefore, to actually qualify for terrorism, an act of terrorism, the shooter would have to be carrying out a violent act for a political end. But just simply shooting into a bar and shooting bars bystanders outside that bar without any other, and they still say it's under investigation, true, but without any other political aspects to it, without any political, actually, without any political dimensions to it whatsoever outside of a t-shirt or a tank top,

7:17then they're a granted, they're saying they're investigating whether it was an act of, they have a fairly high bar to meet, don't they? They've got to establish that it wasn't just violence, and terrorism isn't just violence to begin with, but violence for a purpose, a means to a greater end, to try and exact change or try and make some sort of political or policy initiative out of it. But ironically, unless they unearth something convincing that reaches that threshold, then the only political objective, which I don't think would have been the objective of the alleged shooter, would be gun control, would be civilian disarmament. In other words, disarmament terrorism again, would be the only likely genuine instance of terrorism in this event unless they come up with something else legitimate.

8:18Yeah, I got my thought I had earlier. It would seem like if the intent of the news was not to make a purchase of firearms illegal, why does that topic even come up every time these guns were purchased legally? Why is that even, you know, with the second amendment, why is that even a topic? Well, wouldn't the topic be a man shot, two people, kill two people, and end your 13 others? And did it with firearms, and that's enough to say. I think whether he bought them legally or illegally, there's a second amendment right that allows the citizenry, and I presume he was a citizen, to have firearms. I mean, it's that simple. And all of a sudden, you know, and as you say, they're getting to where terrorism has no definition at all.

9:22It just terrorists do bad things. Terrorists did 9-11. And we're going to call this guy a terrorist because we don't like him. We don't like what he's doing. So he's a terrorist, and we kill the terrorists, and it's okay to kill a terrorist, you know. If you, you know, just call them a terrorist and kill them. That's all there is to it. Indeed, indeed. Now, probably in the second half of today's show, or maybe sooner, maybe I'll start doing the short segment after the first break, I'm going to quote a little bit from a exploratory writer, a guy named Miles Mathis, who has kind of looked behind the curtain to say the least on a number of bell-weather events, including a certain number of shootings. And there are a lot of anomalies that any good detective

10:24and anomalies is putting them mildly, that any good detective would take note of in this shooting. A lot of strange things. And I will, I don't have that at my fingertips, and I'm going to cite that in the second half of today's show, if not sooner, because during the break, I need to find the file, and it doesn't want to come up on my phone, which normally it would. Let me try one more time. Okay, I have it now. Maybe I'll get into it a little bit now, but the shirt that the reported shooter war said, property of Aula. Oh, yeah. So it's not actually Iranian, in the strict sense. It'd be like you were wearing a shirt or me, says, property of Jesus. Some sort of kind of tongue in cheek or just kind of everyday Christian statement

11:26that you might see promoting Christianity. My boss is Jesus, or I'm property of Christ. Nothing wrong with that. And if he wants to be property of Aula, I'm not going to dispute it, but it is not altogether convincing. If there is a political dimension to this, besides hitting around for more civilian disarmament, it would be, let's just say another angle would be that let's hire this guy, or let's drug this guy, or let's, Manchurian candidate this guy, let's get him to do something vastly illegal and stupid and slap a property of Aula shirt on him and demonize the Muslim faith, even more during the reported US attacks in Iran. In other words, to make it look like the foreign menace

12:27stemming from Iran, we're told that Iran is this proxy sponsor of terrorism. We're told that they're the number one proxy or indirect sponsor of terrorism in the world. If you want to make political hay, other than civilian disarmament, wouldn't it make sense to slap a property of Aula shirt on some unwitting guy, send him into the fray exactly what happened we don't know, but whatever does go down, it demonizes the faith or the religion that's associated with Iran, thereby fueling speculation that maybe Iran is sending agents into the US to kill Americans. And I may be the first one saying this, but I'm just looking at it from the demonization standpoint. You know, let's put the right label, the right jersey on this shirt, excuse me,

13:28the right shirt or jersey on this shooter in order to make that kind of political demonization possible. So I'm just floated that out there. Yeah, and I think if you want to prove it, I would say at least in my mind, to prove he was a terrorist would have to be something more than wearing a t-shirt that sends the property of Aula because it looks like you would say a true terrorist would be, I am killing these people because you're attacking their country, their president is attacking my people or in order to, I'm doing this to stop the war in Iran, the attack on Iran. At least that would, that would time for sure to some action or to prevent the public policy

14:31or the, or even the tyranny to prevent the tyranny of attacking Iran, but I would say, let's say the guy really did kill these people or kill two people in injure 13 others because Iran was being attacked by the United States. In my mind, what that would make him was a soldier in defense of Iran, that would be his true mark, I believe. He would only be a terrorist, I would think, if the war was a legal war or something. Terrorism just has a bad connotation, but sometimes action in defense of something of a wrong thing being committed,

15:31I would necessarily call that terrorism, I'd call that lawful defense. Yeah, now it might be foolish lawful dissent. Well, here's another problem with that. These people weren't attacking Iran, they had nothing to do with Iran, unless we found out they did have something to do with Iran, but I doubt it, I doubt that any of those people were participated in or maybe weren't even in favor of attacking Iran. So that would just make him a murderer, essentially. I mean, what, what, what is so, what is so minuscule now? What is so small about being a murderer? Isn't that bad enough? I mean, we have to be a terrorist murderer. I mean, a murderer is a murderer, that's a major sin, that's the big mama sin. So it looks like people would be satisfied to say,

16:34the guy murdered two people in injured 13 others, that's horrendous. Yeah, indeed, indeed. So there are some different facets to this, but I think the authorities in Austin are going to have this real, real simplified because they only define terrorism as some sort of frightful or murderous attack. They don't generally say what it actually is, violence toward a political end, and as you're indicating around, usually, typically it's a stated or announced political end. We claim responsibility for this car bombing because of this political issue. And we don't see that. So they'll give him the five cent terrorism label, which is a little more than his t-shirt. You know, that's about it. But, but now to, before we get into the break, I'll mention the kind of Sherlock Holmes style researcher,

17:38Miles Mathis, and he points out some things here. You kind of got to cherry pick it a little, because he gets into certain areas where it gets a little speculative, or it would simply be too lengthy for me to cite it all. But this shooter was 53 years old and appears to be from San Antonio. Miles uses a lot of those people searching things like instant checkmate and truth finder and intelious. These web services where you can look up people and that lists their relatives, that lists where they all live now, where they used to live, and it cross references people and their backgrounds, their occupations, typically, if you pay a little money, especially. But the shooters originally from New York City and so on and so forth.

18:42And his family, the DIAG and E in Senegal, Africa, is a very prominent family it turns out. At least this is the understanding. A singly's media mogul named Madyambal, the odd name boy, these names, who has been in court in France this year, et cetera, et cetera. There's a lot of well-established people high up in the power structure in that country by that last name. And Miles believes that there's a connection between the shooter and this wealthy family from his home country. And there are a number of other things and I'll get into them a little bit more after the bottom of the hour, because I kind of have to sift through this to find the most pertinent points

23:46which was about ready to fall into the ocean like California should. But it was rescued and completely remodeled and all as well. But it sent things into a tailspin with a sink laying in my kitchen and broken wood all over the place in the yard that I still haven't cleaned up. But I'm with Ron Aver. And we're talking a bit about the anomalies and oddities of the reported Austin, Texas shooting on sixth street. Not reaching any real firm conclusions, but I got to be Colombo. 24:46An interesting researcher, that's for sure. I don't agree with everything he puts down, but it's very intriguing and very compelling. And it, it is a certain way of thinking. And that's, that's what matters. We get caught up in what opinions we agree or disagree with. And we overlook the architecture of human thought, the power of logic, the power of reasoning, when it's done on a sound basis. How to think, how to solve a problem. Not just the, if it bleeds, it leads, spot on news, and you're not getting into the inner workings of things. That's what's important. But the alleged victims, as miles calls them, include Savita Shan. And she said to have been a student at the University of Texas. Her last name is much longer. It's an Indian name. I won't even try and pronounce it. But we'll call her Savita, 21 years old. Austin has been her only address at instant checkmate,

25:46which is unlikely given her roots. Most students are from other cities and states. And she has no relatives listed, which miles calls a huge red flag, telling me this listing was recently inserted or scrubbed, and so on and so forth. And at any rate, miles writes this about a picture of this victim. He says it looks computer generated to me the picture, mostly due to the background and the way her arms look. Plus, if you are an angry Muslim, mad about the Iran War, you aren't going to target brown people. You would expect the shooter to target drunk white guys, right? Plenty of those on a 6th street at 2 a.m. on a Saturday night. And here's another clue. The shooting was right at closing time, 2 a.m. Most people had already gone home. So fewer witnesses to this, what he calls staged event in the alley,

26:46where the police were there under one minute. How does that work? And how fast does this guy work? The Iran War started on that Saturday and that same night, just a few hours later, the shooter had already hatched his plan, already loaded his guns, and his oil tola literature, and al-ahudis in the car, and driven all the way to Austin from San Antonio, where he immediately carries this out, murdering himself for his god. So Miles is arguing that the time frame is awful tight for all this to be put together. That's just something to consider quite strongly there. I'll let listeners liven on the archive make up their own mind based on what I'm saying, and whether they think these arguments are sound or not. But I think they're worth sharing. And Miles also wrote this. The news reports are telling us the FBI is scouring

27:46thousands of hours of video footage. Really, the event took one minute we're told. So why would they be scouring thousands of hours of video? He couldn't have cased the place since the Iran War only started a few hours earlier, and he is already dead. So what if they find him on video there months earlier before the war even started? And so Miles is calling this a very suspect event to say the least for that reason too. And then another victim is a guy they say, writer Harrington aged 19 from Texas Tech. And Harrington's goal fund me is already above 100 grand. Just a few hours after his death, his brother Reed had already posted a statement with four pictures on Facebook. And that's ridiculous. Yeah, and so basically what Miles is saying

28:50is everything seems to have been already in the chamber, you might say. And then they're asking for money and raising 100 grand. You might say before the bodies are even cold. And so with that kind of motivation in there, fundraising up over 100 grand, it might be more than that by now. You simply have to ask the question as any good detective would and you wouldn't jump to any firm conclusions. And Ron Avery, my usual partner, and I have been talking quite a bit about the ins and outs. Some of the more shadowy background items coming out of the recent Austin shooting on 6th Street. Nothing real definitive, nothing jumping to any conclusions. And I will say though that I look at it with the mind of a detective and a skeptic. And I have to start with you might say first actions like any real reporter or detective who's really worth his or her salt would do. The first thing you have to ask and nobody likes to do it is did this happen at all. And if it did happen in some way, shape performed, did it happen the way we're told it did? These are the things uncomfortable and unpopular though they may be that really need to be asked. And it's just very pat as they say that this guy

34:24apparently from Senegal in Africa. And we really don't know anything about him, dead men, tell no tales. This is one of the usual shooting scenarios that we've been told about where the shooter, the appearance shooter, the alleged shooter, whatever words you want to use was shot dead by police. Thereby, there won't be a court hearing. Thereby, there won't be any public function going on where the public could listen in and maybe ask questions. There won't be any jury trials. There won't be any trials at all. Dead men tell no tales, which leaves us with believing what the police and the mainstream media cartel tell us. And that's not a place that I like to be and Ron's not real comfortable in that kind of place either. But we've talked about so far how one of the, since they want to call it an act of terrorism, they say they're looking into it to see whether it was an act of terrorism. One of the only plain, undeniable aspects of terrorism

35:28that could come out of this is calls for more civilian disarmament, what is euphemistically called gun control because terrorism is actually violence for political and not just violence in its own sake. But the powers that we have got us kind of conditioned to believe that terrorism is simply to do something terrible, something terrorizing. And that terrorism is just the violence with little or nothing in the way of a political and when traditionally terrorism has even not just a political end, but a stated or announced political end. We the people's front of this don't like this. So we blew this up for this political reason and we claim responsibility. You don't see that. The only thing you see is the shirt that he's wearing about Allah. And so this is very, very sketchy to say the least. Again, the shirt says property of Allah. And I guess he had some pro

36:34ayatola literature in his car. And as Miles Mathis, the investigator who's also an artist by trade, as he noted here, there was virtually no time for the reported shooter to put all this together, given when the bomb started dropping in Iran versus when this happened. And then we have people raising all sorts of funds, not even allowing really sufficient time for grieving or genuine sorrow or funerals to happen. More in-depth investigations to take place. Police reports to be made except the police will never give you. I've tried this. They will not give you a written report about youvaldy. They will not give you a written report about Sutherland Springs back in 2017. And if you do get something, it'll be so redacted. It'll be useless. So if nothing else,

37:38if the shooter's not alive to tell what his he or she actually did or what claim what they did, and all we have to rely on is police then, at the very least, we should have reports that are written with excruciating detail. Nothing less. And as you said, Ron, especially if they're going to, if they're going to harp about, well, these guns were legally purchased, content, not, and implied that the presence of firearms in and of itself is the problem. And you've often said, Ron, then let's see these reports. And you cannot even leave one molecule out of these reports. We want it all. We want it now. We want pictures of all the deceased. Blood and Gore, give it to us all right now. Nothing held back. That's right. No reduction of any kind. I think that's really fair. If you're going to try to harm the entire citizenry of America or the state of Texas by denying them a right to

38:43keep and bear arms to protect themselves or property and to prevent tyranny, then see, that's also a greater crime than killing several people with a gun. You talk about disarmament of people making them vulnerable to tyranny. That's the worst crime you can do. And that's what this disarmament type terrorism can be, especially a conspiracy for disarmament. Because that means that people that are advocating disarmament don't even have to have been the people that do the crime. Somebody else can do the crime and the people that are advocating the alteration of the law based on that to do something unlawful like alter the second amendment. Then they become disarmament terrorists

39:45in part of the conspiracy. Yeah, that's an interesting and unusual viewpoint to hear. You're not going to hear that anywhere else than here, ladies and gentlemen. Ron's got a pretty unique take on this. And it really cuts to the heart of what people are blind to or if they have any inkling of it, they just don't want to face it. But that it is illegal to overturn a constitutional provision or any of the Bill of Rights. And that includes the second amendment that it is an unlawful act to overturn the right to bear arms, the right to free speech and so on and so forth. So if a terrorism like or alleged terrorism shooting happens in your town and you carry out a disarmament campaign, let's say that were to happen, then you're actually making things worse than just the issue. That's right because you're agreeing. You're actually agreeing with the object of the harm. Somebody shoots some people

40:51and then people start advocating disarmament, which is unlawful. Then what this is is you're agreeing with the end, which the shooter's end was to disarm the American people. You've agreed with it and it makes you part of the conspiracy. Even though you never knew the guy, you never talked to him or anything. But if you join the conspiracy and you agree with the end of it, that's what conspiracies are formed. That's how conspiracy has happened. What's also interesting is if you look at a broad array of events like the alleged kidnapping of the Michigan governor some years ago, three, maybe four years ago, Gretchen Whitmer. My mind almost repels when I think about her because she's quite the ice queen

41:54at any rate. It was established very clearly and even much of the mainstream press had to begrudgingly admit that almost everybody among the white militia members that allegedly kidnapped the governor, almost everyone was an FBI infiltrator and informant. When you see the FBI involved in different things like this up to and including these reported shootings and you look at some of the things Paul Craig Roberts has written a noted columnist who used to be in the Treasury Department during the Reagan years. Paul Craig Roberts has become a pretty respected writer on V-Dayer and other websites. He among others has written about the FBI staging a lot of events in order sometimes to frame someone, someone that they couldn't nail down so they would contrive some events so they could frame that person but also for various other reasons. And so

42:57when there's FBI involvement like there is now with the Austin thing, the Sixth Street shooting, you have to pause a little bit. Okay, we won't jump to conclusions but you have to pause a little and actually withhold jumping to conclusions. Don't form too many rushed to judgment opinions like the legacy media cartel will actually do they'll they'll just make a bunch of assumptions and slam dunk this thing and put a bow around it it'll heart it'll harden into concrete and become part of our false history because that happens like a media cartel they don't do their job for real that becomes the narrative that narrative becomes the recorded event and that recorded event becomes a goes into our history books. Yeah concrete you can't alter it everybody bases a decision like 9-11 that was the that's the that's a huge monument of falsehood and all these decisions now are based on it they at least they claim it's based on 9-11 even this attack on a

44:01ran and calling them the greatest exporters of terror in the world well that they didn't do 9-11 and that's kind of a biggie here in the United States. Yeah you would think if they deserve such brutal bombing and I will say for the record that it would be interesting to have someone on the ground there that could talk about the attacks that they actually see compared to what we get on the news are they better are they more vicious are they actually not as bad as we're told it would be great to have a proverbial fly on the wall to get a more truthful trustworthy picture of what the US military is actually doing and not doing that being said the the situation is such where if Iran was really as bad as all this if they really deserve this kind of military attack you would think they would have been right in the front row there around they would have been

45:07the the harbingers of 9-11 they would have been the ones that did it because man you know they deserve to be bombed off the face of the earth and you would think that they'd have that on their resume right we did 9-11 but no but no and all they do is say they they're the greatest exporters of terror in the world well you know what about some examples and I'm sure they do say they say well they've been killing Americans and making making bombs that are these a roadway bomb type of things and that it's killing Americans well they weren't used by Iran they have made them but they were used in Iraq in the sense of Iraq let me talk to Iraq so I don't know it just I can't I can't buy the idea that Iran is the biggest exporter of terrorism I kind of to Israel for that with the Mossad they're they're known for that I mean they they're very foundation

52:32school in Iran and he was my best friend in the office I had more in common with him some of my fellow citizens so I was pretty amazed at that you know that that's interesting because you would think in this you know asphyxiating strangulating tyranny that Iran supposedly is that going to a Christian school either the school wouldn't exist or he'd be beaten for having attended but alas there was no beatings his fingernails weren't pried off he wasn't given he wasn't apparently giving any water torture of any kind so see even that small example right there limited though it might be you know we need to see a lot more of that and look into a lot more of that you know because it just looks like we're doing Israel's fighting again is what it boils down to that's what I think I even think of the taking Russia off the map by getting them involved in the Ukraine was part of

53:41the kickoff to this October 7th expansion of Israel and I believe that's really all this is we're seeing an expansion of Israel they want to be bigger and they want to take more property and I think October they they compared it to 9-11 and I want to do it I want to come I'm with them I think they ought to I think it is comparable even in the terms of it being a a inside job and so I think there's a lot of element of that to kick it off and I think the getting Russia really involved in the Ukraine defending their rights in the Ukraine has helped this thing because it's kind of taken there in other words there is now an impalence of power world powers I've taken Russia out of the picture which might have been a little more
