00I have stacks and rich has life hacks. It's called stacks and hacks. I give massive important information, like a study on kids with smartphones found that the number of students that go the whole school day without using their phone, take a guess. 2% and those are the kids that are grounded from them. 2%? I'll any guess? I'll say 10%. Rich? 20. Zero. Oh. Zero. I'm so optimistic. My kid has a smartphone, she doesn't bring to school, so. There's at least 1%. Right. I'm like, yeah, kids get grounded all the time. Yeah. They take their phones away occasionally, and some schools don't even allow them, so I. That's what I was thinking. That's that. I was thinking a bunch didn't allow, so that was going to be a higher number. That's wrong. Cow gallstones, gallstones that you get from a bunch of cows. Cow, cow, cow. Cow, cow. They become one of the world's most valuable commodities. Why? And they're literally worth their weight in gold more than gold. Why? A few reasons. How they're used in traditional Chinese medicine.

00Oh, interesting. I know how you find them. They must have like some kind of special thing in them, like salt or something. Yeah. How do you get rid of that? Do you have to have surgery? I think the cows die, and then they get the gallstones, when they kill, they probably go into the gallbladder. Or they pet them. They might pass, too. A new report says that people that take the popular weight loss drugs like the GLP ones. Oh, that's big and all this will go be. Maybe those people are really snacking on chocolate more than ever before. I don't know. There's like a common thing where maybe their body's making them crave chocolate. So that's such as, if you're one of those, let me know if that's true or not. Also researchers found that if you take a multivitamin, is everyone here taking multivitamin? Tons of them. No, no. You don't. Apparently, if you take a multivitamin, it is showed slower signs of aging. It is like a compare, it is a fact. If you take a multivitamin, it will slow down the aging, the aging thing, and it's like really good for you to take a multivitamin. Just see this pack. I take three of these packs a day. That's a lie. Yeah. So they have morning, take that many pills, morning, midday, and then evening.

04Have you ever heard of anyone complaining about tipping? Yes, you. I complain about a lot of times. It's so frustrating. 83% of people say automatic service charges should be banned. And I agree. I think it's so frustrating. Especially these restaurants. In fact, I went to this one restaurant the other day, and I stand in line and order my food. They give me a number. They bring my food out to me. They ask for a tip. They bring that food out to me, and they don't bring utensils. They don't bring. They don't ask anything. I had to get up and go get it. I don't understand how we fall for that. In a different place, if you go to a fast food place and use to order up at the counter, there's no tip thing, right? But then when I go to order a smoothie, that all they're doing is ice smoothie, there's a place for a tip. I appreciate the people who work at restaurants like that or the come and goes, and they already press like no for you, so you don't have to deal with the awkwardness. I hate when they go, they turn, okay, you just got to answer a couple of questions. No, I don't. You're asking me to give you a tip. There's a disorder that makes people think everyone they see is the same person, but

04wearing disguises. Awesome. It's called the fregoly delusion. No, that's not scary. That's named after a teen actor named Leopoldo Fregoli, who is renowned for his ability to make quick changes of appearances during the stage act, but it's a disorder where you see it. You think they're wearing the same. I hate that. I know. That's crazy. That sounds like a movie. What do you get for life hacks, Rich? This is so great. I'm so happy to share this little hack with you. Kyle, you just went to Disneyland recently. Yeah. Now, you know how they always have those like little things that you don't know about Disneyland, but it's, it's true. You know, like we've talked about how Walt Disney made sure that there was never a trash cam. Like 15. 15 steps. I don't know if you guys know about this, but I think it's cool. I told this to Nick this morning and he got all excited. If you go to Disneyland and you hit up the pickle stand and you just to ask him how you're doing, they're authorized to give you free pickles. If you're nice to them, you can just get a free pickle. I wish you would told us that a couple weeks ago. I didn't know this a couple of weeks ago. Cast members pretty much all day long, give out free pickles just because people are being nice to them.

05Oh my gosh. I love it. And the pickles at Disneyland are like next level. I did not even know there was a pickle. I'm not saying everywhere with a pineapple cups to, I don't think the pineapple spears are freebies, but the pickles can be unlikely. So try that out and see if you get free pickle. That hack and many more can be found at judgingrich.com. This is Julian Edelman from Games with Names. I want to take a second to talk about something that's personal to me. I've had the privilege of working closely with Robert Kraft for a long time. And one thing I've always respected is how seriously he takes up standing up to hate. As a Jewish athlete, my identity is something I am proud of. But I also know what it feels like to be singled out for it. That's why this new commercial for the Blue Square Alliance against hate that aired during the big game really hit home. It's about showing up for someone when they're targeted, even if you don't have the perfect words. And sometimes standing next to someone is enough.

06And you can show support by sharing the Blue Square. Friends like these, the murder of Skyler Nays is now streaming on Hulu and Hulu on Disney Plus. I'm on one, do you have an emergency? I have a 16 year old daughter and give a hold over. I'm scared to death. We wanted to talk to Skyler's friends and they're not telling the full story. The truth is gruesomely horrific. How could you do this to your best friend? There's a darker secret that's not been said. Much the new Hulu original series, Friends Like These, the murder of Skyler Nays on Hulu and Hulu on Disney Plus. For bundle subscribers, terms apply.
