On April 3rd, a 25-year-old man named Fouad Boudre faces two murder charges after a house fire in North London claimed two lives. The victims were 24-year-old Mohammad Jalal and 35-year-old Fauzi Bushido both found dead inside the Blazing Terrest home on Forest Road in Walthamstow. The fire broke out on April 21st, 2024, at 1042 pm, pulling in six fire engines and 45-fighters who battled hard, but couldn't save anyone. Cops believed the place was occupied by squatters, with some kind of clash happening right outside just before the flames started. Locals in the area remember the house having a shady past, taken over by squatters who even forced out the sun of the previous owners. One long-time resident called it a spot for unsavory types coming and going, adding to the neighborhood tension. Detectives launched a murder hunt, tracking Boudre all the way to France. They charged him on August 10th, 2025, issued an international warrant later that month, arrested
him on January 26th, and extradited him back to the UK just days ago. He's also hid with two manslaughter counts, intent to cause serious harm to another man and arson endangering life. Boudre is set for, Uxbridge magistrates court this Friday, April 3rd, as the case heats up even more.
