The X-Men were the hottest thing in comics in the early ‘90’s, so much so that America’s favorite mutants could no longer be confined solely to their mainstay title “Uncanny X-Men.” The simply titled “X-Men” , written by classic X-Men writer Chris Claremont and illustrated by Jim Lee, Marvel pulled out all the big guns for this launch. Did the X-spansion live up to the hype? Marc and Remso do a deep dive on this relaunch and and discuss just why the X-Men have been so captivating over the years.
