A Southwest Airlines flight from Nashville to Fort Lauderdale made an unexpected stop in Atlanta on Friday night due to a security concern. The plane, Flight 2009-4, landed safely at Hart's Field Jackson and Atlanta International Airport around 9.06 pm, where police removed. One passenger from the cabin. Atlanta police worked alongside federal agents to handle the situation right after landing. The passengers boarded the aircraft and took the man into custody as a precaution. Passengers onboard described a tense atmosphere, with instructions to keep hands up and heads down during the removal.
