0:00It's April 17th. I'm Corey with The Story. This is Sydney News Today, driven by AI. Many websites rely on cookies to deliver full features, content and personalization, but blocking them can lock you out. If you're hitting roadblocks, enabling cookies is a simple fix that restores everything without hassle. Start with the Facebook app, where the in-app browser sometimes drops cookies mid-session. Flip to your device's default browser by hitting the hamburger menu, selecting app settings and turning on links open externally. Desktop users head to Firefox or Chrome settings. In Firefox, go to Tools, Options, Privacy and set custom history to accept all cookies until they expire. Chrome's similar, options, privacy, content settings allow local data and don't block third-party cookies. Mobile Safari on iPhone or iPad needs a quick tweet too. Jump to Settings, Safari, accept cookies from visited sites, then restart the app by holding the Home button to the screen blanks.

1:03Once set up, you'll sail through sites smoothly. No more glitches holding you back. Stay tuned for more tech tips.
