The most likely diagnosis in this case,

while I see a mass in the root of the mesentery,

there's calcifications present, there's mass present,

and there's an vascular involvement.

So what can I be thinking of?

Lymphoma doesn't have calcification unless you've been radiated,

so we'll assume that's not the case.

Sclerorosing mesenteritis is a possibility.

Sclerorosing mesenteritis in carcinoy tumors can look the same.

Both of them calcify in about 70% of cases.

Again, with carcinoy tumor,

you're more likely to see increased desmo plastic reaction,

which I see here.

And so carcinoy tumors, the correct answer,

but it's hard to argue with sclerorosing mesenteritis.

So again, this was the case of carcinoy tumor.
