0:00Hey, this is strong baby. How y'all feeling out there today? I hope everybody is doing well if you're not doing well. Let's find a way to get well look well and be well. Today's topic is sleepless nights. My thoughts are the nightmares of all my hooves, ifs, whats, and whys that strangers try to change. My tears are the darkness of all my dreams that get soaked into my pills that allow me to experience with true pain and all the things I see and feel are a reality of what could possibly be real. My mind is on full alert making me anxious and vulnerable to all the noises around me including the persons that beside me,
1:06night and in the morning very loudly. I'm afraid to close my eyes because the dark shadows wake up the double. The orange shadows give me energy to be the happiest but the bright red shadows that appear in my dreams make me feel passionate about the things I love. I have sleepless nights because I'm afraid of the colors that make me dangerous to myself and others. Tossing and turning, running and hiding and kicking and screaming and crying for hours. sleepless nights are the biggest challenge in every day's life. Yes and you do get those kicks and screams and get nights but it's life so I mean sometimes you wake up to it sometimes you just sleep it through but however you live
2:09life. I mean a dream is a dream and it only faces reality if you catch up with it. It's like that dream is full of money and you hold on to it and you make the wrong move in your dream. You lose it also. There you have it. Living life is real and it's only what you make and so make it worth having the next day and the day after.
