They kicks off at 9 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. We're talking former Sheriff's Lieutenant Sam Machado and his wife Tammy, plus Craig Cutwright, Jack, Lee, Douglas Tollipson, and Gary Chan, Jr. Out of eight total indicted, including Kenneth Chi and Ronald Bullthelho the third, several face serious murder charges like Sam Machado, Chi, Lee, Chan, and Tollipson. Tammy Machado already pleaded not guilty to mortgage and tax fraud, child endangerment, and animal cruelty. The blast hit on July 1st, 2025, right on the Machado family property, wiping out seven workers and sparking a 78 acre fire.
