This presidential campaign is dovetailing into a form of sectarian cultism and the propaganda spinners and social engineers are exploiting mental gaps we have about the recall of history. This is a condition known as “hypocognition” which is utilized by social media and other media outlets to give them justification for binding certain types of journalists from speaking against state oligarchies and their proclivities. The deception here is not to make things “better” but to actually change things to be something they are not, so they appeal to our hyper-sensibilities.
