I ain't I don't think I'm going to be ripping them on draft night if they took Caleb Downs, man. I mean, I don't think he's a player to rip them over. The second best safety is as a way is away from Caleb Downs. I agree, but it's just not a need. Well, taking best player available. This is not a good football team. You just you and I just argue about this team playing in this division. You need good football players. You do, but you need them more on the offensive side of the ball. If you need with best player available, boy, I'm going to be out of a job pretty damn quick. Let's say he's the best player available at six, which I don't think will be the case, but let's say that's what this whole exercise is. But like based on what Nathan just told me, I don't think I think Jeremiah Love is a better prospect than him. And I don't I think you're running back number six. No, but I think he'd be the best player available. Okay. Is what I'm saying. So that is part of this argument too. Okay. How how much is the difference between Caleb Downs, which if you want to call him

5:17the best player available, that's probably a different argument. Okay. And Carnell Tate or whatever number one wider receiver you have in terms of best player available. Now the gap between Caleb Downs and the number two safety significant. But if Caleb Downs is quote unquote the best player available at six, what is the gap between him and the best offensive player available? Because it's not as big as the gap between Caleb Downs and over the number two safety is. It's not nearly as big. So you're saying you'd rather trade down then. Potentially you're it. Yeah, I feel that that way. I really feel that way too. That's almost more heresy than trade than taking Caleb Downs. Probably going to be really good. I've made my mind. Do you want to be like Caleb Downs? No, I like Caleb Downs just fine. That's not what I haven't made my mind up yet. I hate Caleb Downs. No, come on. Dude, that sounds good. No, it doesn't. It sounds like hell. You said it. I hate Caleb Downs. I didn't say you said it again. I hate Caleb Downs.

I think he's a hell of a player. I think wherever he ends up, he's going to be a hell of a player. I think he's going to be a very good pro. I don't think he's going to get lost in the sauce. I do think that yes, taking a guard or taking a safety in the top 10 is always been a big X and you're not supposed to do that. I get that. But if he's the best player there, we're talking about this draft, how much of a fall off it is. I need a guaranteed bonafide starter. I think they're going to be able to do that now. You're talking about already a football team that I think what they tendered the second round pick with Ronnie Hickman. So I don't think that they're really going to go in that direction. But again, it's the draft. And if I can't make anybody trade with me, that's another damn thing. Is anybody going to be willing to trade up to go after another guy at

7:22number six overall? It is Tyson Simpson going to be that much of a of a target for people to go after. See, this is part of it. But I wish like I want them to get the conversation going because of the browser saying they like Tyson Simpson so much. And it's like, okay, you draft Tyson Simpson at number six overall. But if the conversation gets picked up about Tyson Simpson and you get some teams are going, hey, maybe I really like Tyson Simpson. Okay, we've seen crazier things. We've said Anthony Richardson went number four overall guys. So if we're looking at a guy like Tyson Simpson, things get nuts. If somebody wants to trade up with us, I'll have that conversation. Well, somebody could trade up for somebody else too. Someone wants to trade up for Caleb Downs. I think it's more likely to do it with a quarterback, though. Yeah. And so if I wanted to trade out of it, I'd like to trade out of it. But if I'm forced to make that decision and take a guy in those 10 minutes, they give you, maybe I end up taking Caleb Downs. And I know that that's not going to be popular with some folks out there. He's still a quality football player. I know they already have a great defense. And I'm not just saying it because he's in Ohio State secondary player. Well, yeah, you hate Ohio State. I don't
