On April 2nd, a 7-year-old boy and his family stumbled on a bag with two dead lambs during a community litter pick on a rural road near Kappa Inn. County Tyrone earlier this week, the decompose remains shocked them, especially the kid who got really upset and had tough questions for his mom, Ursula Bradley. Nearby, they spotted more dead lambs and other animal carcasses, dumped in hedges and ditches, turning a simple cleanup into something grim. Bradley called it awful, especially with families walking those paths, while local counselor Kevin Mackelvogue said, dumping like this, lambs, calves, even horses happens too often around mid-Oster and turns his stomach. Officials at Mid-Oster Council alerted the department for agriculture, environment, and rural affairs, who's handling the probe amid recent horse. Wellfair scares nearby, like ones put down after seizures. Over the last five years, Northern Ireland saw 262 animal cruelty convictions,
mostly men, plus over 3,400 waste dumps, including more than 150 with animals, highlighting why proper disposal matters to keep our spots clean and safe.
