Tonight we're gonna make it happen. Tonight we'll put all other things aside. Hey, it's Thursday, March 19th. Happy 80th birthday to Ruth Pointer. She's the eldest sister in the singing group, the Pointer Sisters. And their big hit was, I'm so excited. Are you excited? Clearly I am. Or do you squash your enthusiasm in your excitement? Because you don't think it's cool. You don't think it's professional to demonstrate it. When they serve a leader is asking us what it is that we look for in the people that we surround ourselves with. The number one answer consistently is energy. Passion, enthusiasm. We want to be surrounded by a life force. Well, if that's what we want, we need to model it. And so why would you bottle it up? Joy is contagious and so's like a joy. And you can't fake joy.

If you're faking it, people will sniff it a mile away. So here's your challenge today. Open your gift of joy and let it fly and share it with the universe and sing along with me. I'm so excited. And I just can't hide it. I'm about to lose control that I think I liked it. Oh, yeah.
