Seth MacFarlane Uses AI to Portray Bill Clinton

Seth McFarland turned to artificial intelligence to portray former President Bill Clinton in the second season of the Peacock series Ted. The family guy creator explained that traditional methods just did not cut it for the role. This marks a notable use of AI and a comedy show set in the 1990s. The team first experimented with prosthetics and classic computer-generated imagery. But McFarland said those attempts ended up looking downright scary. So they went with AI, which he credits for, finally making him resemble Clinton convincingly. Fans might recognize McFarland's Clinton impression from the early days of family guy.
