At first I thought it looked weird.

You don't need permission to make something.

We talk a lot about exercising your body on this pod.

But your brain needs reps too.

Trying a new art project.

Building something.

Learning how to mix songs.

Creative reps build confidence.

Snack break time.

Today's snack is brain boost energy bites.

Oats, peanut butter or a non nut butter if you're allergic to nuts.

Honey and mini chocolate chips.

Roll them into balls.

Chill them in the fridge.

Fuel for thinking.
