Senate Rejects War Powers Resolution on Iran

Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania was the sole Democrat to side with Republicans against it while Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky stood alone as the only Republican supporter earlier this month, the House shot down a companion bill by a tally of 219-212. That effort came from Representative Thomas Massey of Kentucky and Rokana of California, with just two Republicans backing it and four Democrats, voting no.
