"Selfish Spirituality", what does that mean?

In this episode, I am joined by my friend Rena Dumas so that we can discuss a theme that might sound strange - "Selfish Spirituality"

When we are talking about our spiritual daily practice, is there ever really such a thing as being "selfish" with this energy? We must nourish ourselves first, so that we have more than enough to share with the world.

I prefer the term "Everyday enlightenment" this means that while our daily practice may not seem always active to others, on a spiritual level, the effort you put in will always have a positive contribution to the collective.
