0:00On March 24th, a man has been found dead after a fire broke out at a house in Council View Park, Edendary, in County, Offerley, Ireland. This is the same property where a four-year-old boy and his great-on died in an arson attack just three months ago. That earlier blaze happened in December 2025, killing young Todd's guy, Farrell and Mary Holt. The boy's grandmother suffered serious burns and needed hospital care. A man in his late 20s was held on suspicion of murder, but released without charge in January. Neighbors woke up to smoke alarms in the early hours of Tuesday morning and called emergency services right away. Local councillor Fergus McDonnell called the fire intense and said the community is in shock over a second deadly blaze at the house so soon. Irish police with Ingarta, Seal Chana are treating the scene as a crime site for forensic checks. They're doing door-to-door inquiries and fingertip searches nearby while appealing for witnesses to come forward. A post-mortem exam on the man's body is set for Wednesday at Midland Regional Hospital
1:02in Telomore that will help decide the next steps in the investigation as guard eye dig deeper into what happened.
