SEC Tournament: Surprise Teams Advance

Florida, Vanderbilt, Ole Miss, and Arkansas punch their tickets to the semi-finals, setting up some unexpected matchups in Nashville. Florida gutted out a 71-63 win over Kentucky, hanging tough even with cold shooting from the field. Over in the matchup between Tennessee's two squads, Vanderbilt pulled off the stunner, topping the volunteer 75-68 behind. Strong scoring from their guards, Ole Miss has been the talk of the tournament. The 15th Cedar Rebels, who only notched four conference wins all season, kept their dream run alive with an 80-79 thriller over. Alabama, their third straight victory here. Arkansas State Alive 2, slipping past Oklahoma 82-79 and another close one. Point guard Darius Acuff exploded for 37 points, the second highest total ever for a razor back in this event.
