In episode 3 of The OC, Ryan gets bailed out of juvie, his mom comes for a surprise visit, and all the money woes of the Cooper family get revealed. Kate and Doree talk about all this and the teeniest tiniest ’90s brows that are still around in ’03, how everyone in this town is kind of terrible, and how Seth can somehow just skateboard to the local jail to visit Ryan.
