Seahawks Kick Off Offseason Program

The Seattle Seahawks are gearing up for their offseason program, kicking off Monday, April

20th.

They'll roll into organized team activities on May 26th, 28th, 29th, June 1st, 3rd, and

4th.

Then comes mandatory mini-camp from June 9th through 11th, all aimed at building on their

Super Bowl win.

After grinding through the playoffs until mid-February, the team is giving players extra

rest time at home with family.

It's a shorter offseason, so they're staggering returns to keep reps high quality when

everyone reconvenes.

Young guys, those who saw less action or injured players, get asked back sooner for development

work.

Better and stay remote the first two weeks, then phase two brings the full squad together.

Most of the roster returns from last year, with just four draft picks and no rookie mini-camp

this time.

New faces will blend in as they push that dark side defense and Sam Darnold at quarterback.

With the right focus here, the Seahawks can stack another title run and start a dynasty

up in the Pacific Northwest.
