SCOTUS clears way for mail-in vote restrictions

The Dean’s List with Host Dean Bowen – Dissenting Justices Kagan, Sotomayor, and Jackson said that it is clear that the states “face a sufficiently concrete and imminent injury to satisfy Article III” of the U.S. Constitution. The states should not be required to wait to “bring their serious challenges to the Executive Order.”
