Saleh & Coen: Rival Coaches Put Beef Behind

0:00On March 31st, Robert Salah just took the head coach and gig with the Tennessee Titans and he's saying his old beef with Jacksonville Jaguars coach. Liam Cohen is ancient history. Salah insists they've cleared the air for good, putting that drama way behind them. Earlier this week at the lead meetings, Salah told reporters it got sorted out a long time ago. Cohen echoed the same vibe last season, both wanting to move on now that they're running rival teams. The backlash started back when Salah was defensive coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers and Cohen was in his first year heading the Jaguars. During the 2025 season, they got into a heated yelling match right on the field after a game, turning heads league-wide. That tension actually built up from their coordinator days in the NFC West, where Cohen worked under Sean McVey with the Los Angeles Rams opposite. Salah's 49ers defense. Now in the AFC South, these two will clash at least twice a year starting in 2026, testing if those words hold up when the stakes get.
