Saints Restructure Contracts, Save Millions

Running back Alvin Camara was a big part of it, along with a few other key players. They converted $10,155,000 of Camara's salary into a signing bonus. That move saved the team $8,124,000 against the cap in 2026. Saints insiders say the team is keeping its options open on Camara's long-term future there. No firm decisions yet, but they're staying flexible. Meanwhile, they did standard restructures with Titan Jawan Johnson, Past R Usher Chase Young, and Safety Justin Reed.
