Saints Draft, Trade, Sign Rookies

The New Orleans Saints just wrapped their 2026 NFL draft, burning all eight picks, snagging a veteran pass rusher and a trade, and inking. Nine rookie free agents to hit that 90 man roster cap. General manager Mickey Lumus is already hinting at cuts coming fast, especially with 14 wide receivers clogging the board right now. On offense, Travis Etienne Jr. leads a stacked running back room over Alvin Camara, with rookies and returners like Devon Neal battling behind. Quarterbacks top out with Tyler Schoes starting, Spencer Ratler backing up, and Zach Wilson third, they might add tri-out arms for Camdrills. The line looks solid up front, with new left tackle Kelvin Banks Jr. anchoring, David Edwards at left guard, and Tally S. Fawaga holding right tackle. Fans are buzzing about that wide receiver death though, Chris Olave has it, and, followed by rookie Jordan Tyson, and a pack of vets and newbies like, Bryce Lance.

Titan's featured Juan Johnson and Noah Fant up top, with blocking rookies ready to grind. Defensively, Chase Young tops the edge rushers after that trade, with Carl Granderson and Tyree Wilson pushing hard, may be signaling the end for, Cameron Jordan. Brian B. C. owns three tech tackle, Caden Ellis anchors linebackers replacing DiMario Davis and Kool-Aid McKinstree leads corners. Safety's lean on Jonas Sanker over Justin Reed, for snaps. Expect this depth chart to flip before late July training camp, as Loomis trims the fat and Camara's status shakes out. Keep eyes on those summer. The battle's for the real locks.
