Notice on my phone, being on my phone more, there's an upsurge of nuttiness on social media comments commenting on my posts with rants about one thing and another. I just post a fun video and someone will chime in with some angry comment about something I wasn't talking about. I just delete the comment and block it, and I don't care, but I do care about people and what drives them to do this, so I don't have the time to engage, you know, I'm not sure how they have all this time, but more importantly, these are people that care about stuff clearly, and they're often coming from a good place, you know, how on earth do they feel the right forum for their frustrations about the world and whatever it is commenting
on my Instagram reels, and literally, and literally don't even read the comments. I sniff a nutter and just delete and block it, doesn't happen that regularly for me, as I'm not that famous, I don't know how higher profile comedians deal with it, I see their Instagrams and it's just popping off with hatred, the ridiculousness of it is highlighted the most when they're being horrible and they're commenting, you know, that the world is a horrible place, it has to start with you, doesn't it? Stop being horrible, and they'd say, oh, that doesn't matter, you know, I'm not being horrible, I'm just posting something about you, or we can agree to disagree with you being horrible, but certainly you're not being positive, you're not making, you're not making
a positive difference, it's the world spending any time doing this, but no one will see anyway, there can be a clear definition of a fucking waste of time, and if you're being horrible, and if everyone in the world does that then, isn't this one of the reasons why the world is a horrible place, it's not other people, it's you, it starts with you, it's so simple, but seemingly so impossible, and I'm not sure why, just can be nice to each
