柯叔元，跨入戲劇圈20多年，台藝大戲劇戲畢業，因為「帥氣逼人」成為舞台劇演員，卻因為歌唱不拿手，無法繼續演出音樂舞台劇，因緣際會下踏入電視戲劇圈，演出多部八點檔及偶像劇，近年也接演不少叫好又叫座的台劇。
年輕時的叔元哥沒有想過以演戲維生，但一演就20多年，那他從哪一刻開始，從覺得自己演得並不好，到轉變為喜歡上表演，並從中體悟出表演的真諦呢？
