When you begin your journey into the world of cryptid creatures, or even if you have only the slightest interest in cryptozoology, you'll of course find ample material referencing the ALL-STAR cast of characters.
There have been countless books, articles, blogs, and even podcasts dedicated solely to these popular creatures like Bigfoot, The Mothman, and the Loch Ness Monster.
If you grew up in the 80s/90s like we did, then you probably even remember finding books at your school's book fair dedicated to these mysteries - where you may have even uncovered a few more creatures that were slightly under the popularity radar.
On the surface, to the casual or newly curious cryptid-fan, could it seem like there haven't been any "new" cryptid creatures that have been spotted?
Is it only the tried and true "senior class" of cryptids that rule the earth?
On this week's show we dive into THE NOT DEER - sort of a "freshman" in the world of cryptozoology.
In contrast to BIGFOOT for example (who even has his own museum in our home state of Georgia) - there really isn't a ton of information about The Not Deer.
But, there have been a fair amount of incredibly interesting encounters.
Join us this week as we discuss several of these first hand sightings, and hear our thoughts on what we think just might be... THE NOT DEER.
