In this episode, Nick and Francis discuss extreme female transformations, which is a thorough, extreme and dramatic change in form or appearance, for the purpose of looking better physically (especially one's facial appearance). People have mixed feelings about extreme female transformations. When a person changes the way they look to the point where they become unrecognizable, is somewhat considered deceitful.
