Russia Intensifies Ukraine Attacks, Talks Continue

He made these comments after meeting with Ukraine's top army commander. Steve Whitkopf, serving as a negotiator for President-elect Trump, reported some progress from the discussions. These came shortly after the U.S.E. sanctions on Russian oil exports.
