Russell is the founding director and head consultant for The Voice of a Survivor. They are an Australian business consultancy working in the field of institutional abuse. Set up in the wake of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Abuse, their role is to support survivors through a process that helps them to restore meaning and stability to their lives.
