BRAN'S MOVIE SYNOPSIS

We meet Hope who is dropping her daughter Maggie off at college. She's sad. She's crying. But she's gotta get over it quick because she's moving into her new ranch - Hope's Ranch. She's pumped!

We then meet Jack who is the brother of Hope's best friend, Lori. Lori keeps telling Jack to tell her, tell her, TELL HER WHAT?!

Hope is doing some work on the ranch, moving hay a few feet when a guy shows up. His name is Tom. He's her neighbor and when he finds out she's listening to country music, he's pumped. He's also pumped to find out that she's bringing back the Giddy Up Gala. Bad news though - Inspector Dave shows up and gives her a list of things she needs to do and get signed off on before the Gala.

When she and Tom go out to get some horse feed, she sees Jack and she's not thrilled. They grew up together and definitely had a thing and he's still in love with her. She's like you think you could just move here and buy a place and I'd bump into you and we'd just pick up where we left off?! NO SIR!

She starts working on prep for the Gala, driving around handing out invitations, and having flirty flirty fun times with Tom.

But for reasons I don't understand, she starts letting Jack help out with stuff that needs to get done for the Gala.

Everything is going well until the inspector comes. There are issues. She's freaking out and freaks out on ol' Jack over there.

They end up making out and kissing, just in time for the Giddy Up Gala.

00This is a Bramble Jam podcast. Hi, I'm Brandon, I love that love you, where he's over. I'm Brian, I like that love you, where he's over. I'm Dan, and I should have used my skill, and this is the day that I'm back at. The hallmark is his podcast. No, it's just Mark. We hope you like this dolly podcast. Oh, it's March. Yeah, baby. The hallmarks here, a spring, a spring is here, a six dayer this week for the hallmark because we've got the previous show on Saturday.

01So come on back for that. It's great to be here on brand. That's Brian, that's Dan. I'm talking about romance at Hope Ranch, the final love you, where he flicked. A movie that I creed. You sure Dan? Oh, he did. You sure Dan? Yeah, did you give it it? It was a by default cream. Zero cream. It was a default cream. Of course, yeah. That's why this is why preview shows don't matter. Not if you don't put your heart in your soul and your strategist's terrible strategy. Dan? Okay. Whatever, guys. You just have a different strategy than Brian and I. That's right. Instead, it doesn't matter. I forgot what I creamed. But I'm sure it was better than the movie that we all should have creamed as the subway New York movie. That's what we should have creamed. Well, I think I did. You did. Wow. You have to go back and look. Love your way. You're my query. Okay. No. No. No. That's a typical bind for you. Yeah. It's the typical bind for you. It's the typical bind for you. We did chicken parms. Of course, the worst we did. February. What else would we have done? I creamed the stars between assessants.

01Yeah. All right. Yeah, that's tough. Bri guy creamed the love potion. Because of the cause of Cuba, none of us creamed the one movie that was good. Yes. And then Dan, you did creamed this week. I mean, we don't know yet. not giving around. What what does not creamed is the the top. That's right. We all that's what it is. I mean, it's not special. Well, we that movie is I believe the mo it is the most chicken parms. Oh, the way to you is the most is the most chicken parms of the month. We chicken parmed that thing hard. That does mean a lot. So you do got to think winner winner chicken parmed dinner. Yeah. I don't think I ate one real par all months though. I didn't have a parms up. That counts. I had a chicken parms up and a gust of street market. The best chicken parms up in Greenville. It is. It is by far. Have you had? I've got some it's vodka sauce, which is really a chicken vodka. Sorry about that guys. Dude, it's amazing. I go to street market. It doesn't need my help. They're doing just fine. But chicken. It's better than the chicken parms up. We had up in Jersey.

07I mean, it's very mid. Yeah. The cheese taken from Jersey. Oh, come on. We can't. Guys, how was your weekend, Brian? What did you do this week? You know what? I did. I put your one of the who is yours is your your your duck's jersey. That's right. You got out on the ice. Yeah. You wore my horse's plumber. I wore the Bombay Jersey. That's right. That's right. That's right. Jersey. And you did the parents against the kid. That's right. That's right. That's right. That's right. Game. How did it go? How'd you feel out there? I felt better than I did last year. Okay. Okay. I guess that's the win. If you're not going to tell me in your 40s, it's always a win. If you feel better physically, it's something this year that you do last year. Did you check check a kid into the wall? I held the kid against the wall. Yeah. While I fought for the puck. And I got I beat him. Obviously. And now I was like, hey, good battle, kid. Good battle. Good battle. I watched some guy fall on to Ethan. My son fall right on top of him. And he was fine, which is fine. It's great. And I won. The kids beat us by one. Oh, oh, a close one. Yeah. Would you guys take you guys to the bottom? Did you guys let them win? I don't think some of the adults are really good. And I feel like

12they held back a little bit. And I was trying my darnedest out there. So it is in South Carolina. If your kid plays ice hockey, there's a better than average chance that the parent is probably pretty decent. We don't just stumble into that. Like you would have like baseball or basketball around here. You know what I mean? Yeah. Some good adult players there. So pretty good. Pretty good weekend. Pretty good weekend. It was great. Man, but smoked a chakras or some quesa beria tacos. Oh, yeah. Very exciting. Had a watch the moon show my kids. We're going to universal. And so I'm showing them. They don't know we're going to universal. I'm sure now they're going to find out. Yeah, of course, that their podcast players that they totally have on their phones. They don't have that. Well, they have watches. I've shown in these movies that they have rides of it at universal. They don't know why they're seeing these movies. So I showed them men in black. They never seen it. Oh, you did. I mean, come on. They love the song now. We did the whole we lost the video. The dance just balance it with me. It's great. Take a walk with me.

15Showed them transformers. It was fun. It was a fun weekend. Man. Showed them some hits. Yeah, some bangers. Yeah. Well, that's a lot of fun. Speaking of things are coming up. A Bramble Fest is coming up. It's July. If you're a double-decker tickets are now on sale. That's right. They will go on sale to everybody else here in a few weeks. But if you don't want to wait, if you want to get it on the fun, join Bramble Gym Plus. Bramble Gym Plus.com. A lot of reasons to do that. Of course. Add free podcasting. Right. Live video watch alone. That's right. Brian. Brian does a deep dive into your life. Brian does a deep dive into your life. A lot of things to do. But of the utmost importance right now is that you get to snag your Bramble Fest tickets before they go on sale. We also led whoever the every March, the first double-decker to join in March, we let them plan that year's Gideop Gala. That's true. That is almost forgotten. As of today, the third, we've not had, we haven't had a new memory yet. So if you want to plan that Gideop Gala. That's right. Now's your chance. Get going up. That's right. We don't have anything to do with it.

17No. Right. Some years. Some years. Great. Some years. Are we honest? Yeah. No. We wish they didn't sign up. When when when when when when a wind peg planned it. Oh, when a peg. Clearly. The whole family really. We're not especially that year was I guess the best way to describe it would be weird. It was weird that year. It was weird that year because they went really heavy on like the chimpanzees. And that was an interesting. It was an interesting choice. No horses, only chimps. Only chimps. That's exactly right. That's one of the weird ones. That's one of the wind peg for you. That's one of. Yeah. I would tell you about romance at Hope Ranch today. I was at Hope Valley. Like default would have been better. What? Oh my god. Romance at Hope Ranch. Snuck. Snuck into love you, Larry. The final day of the month, which this year is the 28th. Yeah. This year alone. And it went a little one a little something like

23wait for it. Yes. We meet Hope who is dropping her daughter Maggie off at college. She's sad. She's crying. But she's got to get over it pretty quickly because she's moving into her new ranch. Hope's ranch. And she is pumped. We've been meet Jack. We bought a ranch. We bought a zoo. We this means Jack who is the brother of Hope's best friend Laurie. Okay. Laurie keeps telling Jack to tell her. Tell her. Tell her what? We'll get to it. Hope is doing some work at the ranch moving hay a few feet at a time when a guy shows up. His name is Tom. He's her new neighbor. And when he finds out that she's listening to country music, he is pumped. And he's also pumped to find out that she's bringing back the giddy up gala. The giddy up gala. Yes. Bad news though,

25everybody. Inspector Dave shows up. He gives her a list of things that she needs to do to get signed off on before the gala in like months. What time? Yeah. What better time to do this inspection than the day of the gala. You mean what kind of gala? Oh, it's the giddy up gala. I got when she when she is getting up gala, no less than a god for second 50 times in this movie. We're going to say it. Brian quote when she and Tom go out to get some horse feet. She sees Jack and she's not thrilled. See, they grew up together and definitely have a thing they may or may not have been married. I honestly, I don't know. They were not. They were together. Yes, but not right. I felt like at one point someone said to your married and I was like what? They were wrong. They were wrong. Okay, so not married, but they definitely have a past together and turns out he bought this store and is there now and that's the thing that he should told her. Instead of telling

30her, he I guess was waiting for her to just wander into the store and she's like, were you just hoping that I'd bump into you and then we'd just pick off where we left off? No, sir. So she starts working on prep for the giddy up gala. The giddy up gala. Driving around, handing out invitations, having flirty, flirty fun times with Tom until she doesn't anymore. But for reasons that I don't understand, she starts letting Jack help out with stuff. They start getting close again. They're getting stuff done for the giddy up gala. The giddy up gala. Everything is going well until the inspector comes. Just a day of the gala. There are issues. She's freaking out. Catering's canceled. They're double bucked rooms. Jack is over there. Just joking up. And she freaks out on him for not freaking out, basically. So they end up making up. They end up making out just in time for

36the giddy up gala, which happens and goes off without a hitch. And that my friend's was romance at home ranch. We did it. Let's take a break. We're going to come back. We're going to giddy up with the hot Texan. If you're on nobody kicked it to me. Here at the home mark. Jack the home mark. Jack the home mark. Wrickley, I couldn't help. But notice that you're here today. I got a begs again on the show these days. You guys are big shots. No. hoodie 20 intro on the YouTube's that's the audience We've got to start podcasting. We stopped doing it and see any change. We didn't see any change. We didn't see any change People drop off regardless Horses in this movie

37Lot of horses Regely you were telling me I think was last week Fitsies about the time that you threw a giddy up gala. Yes Yes, how was it? There's uh, we we it was okay. We had a lot of people get hurt, but that's okay We played horse kick What's horse kick? Well, you know how sometimes you get you see to get behind the horse I say don't get behind the horse. They say don't do that right and those horses hind legs can hoi am I I could get you? Yeah, we played a game where You had no it was like musical chairs a little bit. Yeah, it's like pie face. You know, I'm talking about I know about pie face So one guy's in the front trying to make the horse man And then you take turns walking behind the horse man We thought people were mad matter before wait until they hear this one So there'd be and then like music goes and then they switch places. Yeah, and then what yeah, that's right Yeah, and loser gets kicked loser lose the walks. Maybe maybe That's right. All right, Regely. Love you. Oh, shut out Horses shout out the horses. That's right

38All right, we're talking about romance and hope rant today very excited dive into this one It's time for the hot take us where we share exactly how he felt about this movie we didn't hold back and I'll start with you Braggai the MVP of the parent Children hockey The movie the losing team That's exactly no icing their offsides or the others high sticking like that. No sparring. No scoring either Not many defensive chances But you did you did get that one kids no injuries. There you go You did tell that one kid what's up. That's right. I held him against the board. That's exactly right Still that puck. All right. What do you think about the romance at the hope ranch? So when you're describing when rig was just describing horse kick I think that about the 25% point of this movie. I would have said I'm gonna do horse kick. I'll take horse dead I would take horse kick right now. Yeah 100% for sure 100% over this movie not a fan unfortunately This I got angry at how much I was not enjoying this because a lot of the stuff you could enjoy

40You could make this kind of funny, but I didn't I only liked one character really like I really did like Tom the neighbor I thought he was really I thought he was fun like he seemed like a good guy I liked him. I wanted to kind of see more of him just doing his stuff I didn't understand the purpose of the ranch like is it a dude? I don't know a rental. Is it a work like what is the point To hold events I don't ages of late what's most of them about this ranch. Yeah, it's just doesn't make a lot of sense I didn't understand what the gallow was for was it just like a community Thing she wasn't doing it's not a fundraiser. No, she's not trying to make money actively not trying to make money and then the I didn't understand the I guess the big thing here. This is a huge weight What I can't wait to get into this because it was the big I paused the show to like at a certain point It was talking to Diana for probably 10 minutes about Don't real deep into this big problem for me with this movie and it was basically the the stress and attention It was compounding was not

40Visible on like you were hearing about it, but you weren't seeing it like it felt Light and fluffy and fun and area and like every time I looked at the screen She was like laughing or talking to her friend or like there was some distress But for the most part like all the stuff that was happening to her would break me Yeah, everything that happened to her in that week or two or whatever it was never being that situation No, you don't want to be in this no, no, of course not first of all that certification in the Business license would have been done the ages. I forget. I would have read the closing documents. Yes, of course. Yes, so I just couldn't imagine Um, yeah being that situation But also just all of those things that were happening that were supposed to be really stressful and hard to deal with I was just not seeing it by looking at what was happening in the movie because it just felt very like playful and fun And I was just like there was this huge disconnect there And I just was not enjoying it at all and so yet not a fan unfortunately did not have a very good time I hope I also wondered who did that both well for the rest of us I feel like if Ryan's giving that take that take is a bury this movie at sea take from from Brian Herald

44So yeah fast and see how it goes from here brand It's an offensive movie on all fronts. It's offensive to ranchers It's offensive to daughters. It's offensive to town inspectors It's offensive to mayors. It's offensive to party planners Which is a group of people I'd never thought that I would be defending Most importantly, it's offensive to horses who just get a badge a bad bad go of it at the in this movie and at one point They just disappear never to be seen of again This is this is this is a this is a tough it was a tough watch Um This movie Dan you today brought up Saving the Christmas Ranch from TV give me saving the Christmas Every day But for no other reason than the theme song alone that they had was an absolute banger I This is I don't know if I've disliked a homework. Maybe as much of this one. I actively disliked it. I disliked everything about it

52And that that makes me Oh That makes me hurt hard. So Dan talking about how much you liked this movie is a banger. I don't know your problem is I created for a reason guys listen It's a ranch movie those typically are movies that we don't like and it's a party planning movie movies. We typically don't like Adam together It's a movie that no one should ever be subjected to there's a chicken that keeps trying to escape all movie long and we are all that chicken um This is a really really terrible movie um The motivation makes zero sense How she got this ranch why she's been put under the gun two weeks after she purchased it to put on an event that is free With money she doesn't have when everything goes wrong Is our people staying there there's so much about this ranch that doesn't make sense There's so much about her daughter that doesn't make any sense There's so much about her relationship with this guy who followed her this small town

55Even though they're not dating it doesn't make sense so much about her relationship with the neighbor that doesn't make sense There's so much about how the party actually gets pulled off that doesn't make sense this movie is Unbothered by any of that because it is untethered to reality It is a script that could have been written by AI and it feels like a covid movie They're until the big dancing scene in the end This movie feels like those movies we were watching in 2020 early 2021 where there's like one or two characters in a scene Nobody else is on this ranch. They're spread out eight feet apart from each other even in a bar That's supposed to be a weird Texas two step or whatever they're calling that Everything in this town has a silly name to it Like everything in the town's like, you know, you want to go down to the giddy up Gallup by the tumbleweed two step next to the yee. Well, Merry Christmas. It's the yee haul you'll Todd festival in the I like I That's just not none of it makes sense like even you know

57Yeah, that's all I got this real bad. Thank you. Uh, it's time for all the fields We're talking about what does he guess feels Brian? Yeah, I did find a feels here and it was a little Little cringey, but I get the essence of it and it was driving music feels when she just is cranking up the tunes and crew And looking at the scenery that can be a fun time and so I did I got that I mean my feels was royalty-free country music is our bangers Like just they maybe because it's like The like I don't I don't want to say it's an easy type of music to make But there's like but you kind of you know the country music starts playing and you start going like this And it doesn't really matter what the words are and you're just having a good time. So Yeah, I uh, I enjoyed the music in this movie So congrats to them for that weirdly enough I had written down boot scootin boogie feels because that last song is the exact same lick to the beginning of Brooks And Don's boot scootin boogie. It's it's criminal and speaking of criminal. I also had nepotism feels back to you, Brian

02All right, we're gonna take a break when we come back. We're gonna get the way weather with Omar here on You Welcome back everybody. We're talking about the ranch romance at Hope Ranch today What it's where we talk about what is who middiscovery what bright guy? Okay, so my biggest one I'll start here at the top of the mountain is just the urgency of what was happening was not coming through and no My example for this was I was at a point where my wife walked in and she sat down on the couch and she goes So what's happening in this movie? So I paused it And on the screen She was repotting plants with her with her best friend listen in the garden looks very calm and fun I said and I went through the list of everything that had happened I said she her daughter just started college. So she bought a ranch move there by herself unpacking it by herself planning a gala in two to three weeks Two weeks. He has no employees. No, nobody helping her the inspector showed up with the list of things she needs to do

08Another person showed up a permitting person showed up a list of things she need to do her water stop working her horses ran away She's made very fancy chalkboard She made a nice chalkboard what she needs to do all of this stuff and she's and she's not selling tickets She's raising the money herself. She doesn't have the money all this stuff and Titus is like, yeah, but why is she Potting plants like shouldn't she be I mean, I don't you know honestly she said something about rep The neighbor thanking the neighbors or something like that. I didn't understand So there was just this huge gap of This is supposed to be very stressful and intense and it just wasn't at all It was just she's feeding the chickens in the morning. This looks fun like we should all just buy a ranch This is the biggest it's the cornerstone ranch in the town It hosts a gala that she's bringing back. Yeah, and two weeks before the gala with everything she has to do She is spending her days handing out star flyers. Yeah going on long trail runs on the horse. Yeah potting plants and gardening Like I am here for me time. I am here for relaxing. I'm here for mental health

09Don't pitch me this movie if this is how you're going to pitch ranch life because It is not they try to tell you with words That it matters and that she's tired and that she's blah blah blah. But her actions are very much just I'm doing whatever I want to do Yeah, yeah, she's just taking her time which probably would have just been the better movie if she stumbled into a party man But she was it was just was not it was two different movie movie like ideas there And I just so it was just so hard it was so frustrating the other thing of it too was jack I feel like there is a world where her ex jack Takes a road trip ends up in the small town that is x grew up in Feels the vibes. This is great. Let's try notices a store for sale buys the store lives there She shows up. What a coincidence That is not what happened. No, that is not how they did it So like they just the fact that he bought up so and also putting the picture up on the wall of them together was just At that point I was like, okay. Yeah, okay like at least wait until she

11Sees him in the town before you do that like Just so weird. It was just so weird and I didn't like him at all the first half of the movie Chemistry. No, it wasn't great. He was Norman. He's he's Norman. So we know right but he I warmed up to him He kind of came around on me, but at first I was like I just hope he gets trampled by a stampede like I just didn't horse kick Hope he finds yeah, I hope he finds yeah, they should a horse kick them um You're not this line killed me Her the neighbor the guy I actually liked she's like I'm gonna go hand out invitation to the neighbors And he's like you're not gonna go do that in your bright shiny SUV, right? Oh my god come on Just get out of here. Come on. What do you think people in town are driving all old pickup trucks? It was just so you're right. It was like a it wasn't like I don't want to say Hey, I wrote it, but I'm sure there were changes to like we got to do certain things that are gonna be fun for this idea of a movie It does it barely feels like oh man. It was that was a brutal line. We're just like yeah, it's so bad

11I'm gonna take it. Oh, man, and not and just what cell cell tickets makes some money here So I don't you right I have a book of wait what's but I'm gonna stop there So yeah, I mean, I think just like the general like I guess it could also be a what the homework But what is the giddy up gala? Yeah, like there's such a history of it She went to as a kid. It's clearly stuck with her The town's very excited to be get to giddy up gala and there's 20 people there and that's when it's free What is it the the leap that you have to do to do to go to this event is Non-existent. Yeah, you show up. Yeah, and that's all the people that could come to the giddy up gala It's one of my what the hallmarks, but I can use it now because I've got another one which is I want to know the difference between the tumbleweed two step in the giddy up gala Explain to me the difference aside from location Between the people and the action of those two money maybe maybe I don't maybe

14Um, bright guy you did mention it, but this is an a crazy day to start off this movie in the same day She drops her daughter off at college and moves into her new ranch What a day what a day what a day what a day those are two ginormous things to do those are big lives and she's decided I'm gonna do both of those in one single day Crazy crazy good for her She's driving into town and I've never in my life seen someone so excited to wave at somebody who's driving by this guy's like Hey, that's a few person driving in the town nice SUV So shiny. I love it. Maybe she should try the shiny SUV that guy was pumped to see her Um, so she gets to the outside she gets to the outside of her barn when she moves in and she opens the door like the outside of this Barmer is kind of crappy. Yes, she opens it up and it is Unbelievably nice and I just don't think that it's real

15I don't think the outside of the bar that they show us Holds what they show us inside. I don't think that it's the same place She also looks at that and goes the perfect spot for the giddy up gallop. Oh yeah What are the other options on your ranch the chicken coop? It is a barn that has only in the inside been remodeled I don't attempt to be in a vent space They like side still sucks. We're that you just bought the reeds. We're the you know Like you have two weeks to play an event after just in it like buying a property But then to have not picked a spot out yet and then to open the barn and act like that was the light bulb Oh my god, this would work. We're so good. Um, I did mention it in the synopsis But what she's doing at the beginning of this movie She is moving hey From where I'm sitting to where Dan is sitting heck yeah, that is the distance of which she's moving hey And I guess it had to be done. It did it had to be done So I move itself someone had to do it and then

18The mood they're one of the big uh, you know conflicts in this movie is the fact that uh, she's overbooked the yeah I guess she's double book double book. This is a uh a place you can come and stay which I don't know So until have a movie. I don't really understand what happens like the the I guess the back the the the software that she uses for the booking just didn't And the way the way that she finds out Isn't like an email saying uh-oh something's gone wrong The calendar just says overbooked. Yeah, yeah It it automatic like whatever this software is calendar process put in To her calendar overbook. Yeah, I was getting crazy. Uh-oh She's not I made I made accident Sorry, I made accident in my calendar. Uh-oh The overbooked and it's like in there like three times. I don't know what happened. It's crazy software that she's using

21I love that it like it It knew it makes it seem like it knew what it was doing and it didn't on purpose I knew that I was overbooking I mean, I'm gonna put in the calendar quite a surprise. You should see the look on her face when I just switched to a overbook. Yeah In the calendar. Yeah, Dana Um, this guy the neighbor is at Tom. Yeah, yeah, who says I don't know what he's talking about But he says add the aroma of southern barbecue and you got a taste of home. It's new Mexico I don't like I don't know what you want from me like it's new. That's the southwest. I don't What what you're talking you think this movie takes place in a different state. I believe he also says That someone in town is a little more hat than cattle. Mm-hmm. So it's close Like I The phrase is all hat No cattle that's the phrase that means you talk a big game, but you don't have anything Tom is saying there's someone that's a just a little bit. Yeah, he's a little bit more talk than action

21Just a little bit. He does have some cattle. Can you some he's got a little bit more hat than cattle And that's what you need to know just a little bit not a lot um As someone that has to get business license and certificates of occupancy and things of that nature If she has under two weeks to get all that done It's over. There's no gala. There's no getting up. There's no none of it at you and to be fair if this move this movie could have Made itself a lot better by just saying she had two months instead of two weeks because If you think what they do to her is bad what they do to this port daughter is insanity She drops her daughter off at school for the first time Typically when you get dropped off for college for the first time There's like a week of like orientation and mixers and things that aren't school So we know in two weeks the daughters come to the giddy up gala In that span there is a facetime call between Alison Swini and her daughter on screen Also her real-life daughter So we're gonna say about that The call starts like this

23Are you excited about homecoming? Well Is homecoming three days after I get dropped off before school starts I don't think so but she's like Her response is even better. I don't think I'm going. I've got two exams next week and three more after that What five that's five she has five exams An under ten days from when she was dropped off at college Guys, no one would go to college If you were dropped off at college and had five exams in a homecoming dance Within ten days of being dropped off at school No one would make it and then her mom Trying to encourage her daughter gives her the diamonds are made of pressure speech That's the right time for it though. I can tell you're feeling anxious Can I help you by saying we want to put so much pressure on you into you? Shine bright like a diamond shine bright like a diamond. I uh, I said you know this college where the first week

28Is homecoming in five exams? Build diamonds. What an interesting way to say that you have five exams though. Yeah, I have three I have but then also exams next week and three more after that. Yeah That's why all problem with this is is that It made as much since as the daughter made it sound The acting was bad. The script was worse. I'm gonna have two pop tarts And three more after that, but also if this happens if this myself feel better Saying I'm having five But I know it equals five. Yeah, but I'm saying two and three two and three That's right. Well you and myself. I'm gonna have lost in a role Coping mechanism for her because she doesn't want to admit that she has five exams the day after the week after she gets to college Guys, you know, I have exams usually to the middle of the semester at the earliest It's been to it's been not even two in two weeks. We're positive. It was two. Yes, we're positive

28She's in a bed They say that the giddy up gals in two weeks and she's in a bed at the ranch at the gala Literally drop daughter off for college homecoming dance five exams. Maybe like we're on different paths like maybe What do you mean? Maybe we're living in Alternate universes Where difference? Maybe it could be a time. But like she there's two weeks Okay, so two weeks here is a day like a thousand years is a semester there and a thousand years is day That would make the most sense of anything Parallel you don't want to clear up. Yes And then you and you find it in the first was I and where I had to watch it. Yeah Different one still watching it somewhere. Oh, so I'm pretty sure that the giddy up gala sign that they have on the inside of the giddy up Gala when the band's playing is a real sign But they use that same sign outside on the barn and that when I believe is digital. Mm-hmm. If you look closely So there's that Well, you have real one. Yeah, you have digital copy

32I have a digital copy Time for what the home art pictures before That's where we wonder what could have been maybe have against a clarinet coach. We still have what are we still wondering about? Braggai. Yeah, when when she realized she had no caterer She didn't even oh my god. I forgot about this. This is the biggest weight. What are the movies? What's the day of? I believe it's the day of the Mid-morning of let's call it 10 a.m. Getting up gala's probably five p.m. Yeah caterer calls somebody left the fridge open. Yeah, we're out. Remember time works differently. That's true I didn't consider I wasn't thinking about that She didn't even she didn't even consider Houdini or the rest of the chickens Like you have a full form dude. You have a full farm. You've been growing vegetables and fruits And I gotta be honest that's not where I was going. I was going with The solution was a one line ride off of it was a potluck Can you imagine you're going to the giddy up gala at four p.m. It was still daylight. Let's call it four p.m. Right out And it's up in it's in New Mexico Whatever, but it's up in Canada. It's it's getting dark early

33It's still March or whenever this movie is September Maybe it's a little bit lighter outside September at 10 o'clock you get an email Hey, we need you to bring a cover dish. We need you to get your best dish together and bring it the day of the event And it was like why didn't I think of this before? Is the day of potluck? That's what they did here. There's movies stuff. What you don't know brie is that Tie from survivor who loves to chickens. Yes, he showed up. Oh, he's just protecting all the chickens Then there was a guy on a survivor remember what season it was named tie who refused to eat the chicken And wouldn't let anyone else do it and he became friends. He would carry it around He carried it into final tribal. How long did he he made the final trial? Wow. Yeah, then he had to leave the chicken Classic classic Okay I my question is this and it is a very simple one at at some point When making this movie did they at all consider

35Just scrapping the character of Jack because The chemistry that she had with Tom in my opinion was infinitely better than the chemistry with Jack And you introduced Tom and I'm like, okay Because I kind of forgot that it was going to be the guy from the Sweetie Todd or whatever the heck it's called So a sweetie mysteries What is it called? Is it baking? No, what is not baking me crazy? That's What is her? Mysteries with Why like It should they it just didn't they didn't work. I don't I don't know if I'm alone in this But to me those two characters that that she ends up with and not only that like his Character was was not likeable in the least and she clearly was annoyed by him almost. Yeah higher movie Was like right away Things clicked with Tom and I was mad. I was mad when what's his name walked in and I was like, oh, yeah

40I remember now he's in this movie and he's the love interest was at any point in time did they go let's like let's That's audible here because we got something we guys. I don't know and then like I just I just felt like it would this movie It well, I don't think it would have been good because we still have to giddy up gala. Well, yeah But it would have at least been a movie that I was excited to continue watching because when they were on stream together for the first 25 30 minutes I was at least intrigued by what what I like wouldn't you know they do the the whole thing with the truck And he's like I can help you out. She's like I got to figure out how to do stuff myself Like all of that to me worked really well And then they just scrapped it for jack And I was I was bummed by that didn't anybody consider it. It's all I'm asking dana I want to know what closing attorney is getting disbarred The closing attorney in any real estate brokerage or agreement or transaction is not there As a witness they are there to go over The very financial specifics of the transaction to make sure no one is getting swindled

46Our girl Alice and Sweeney got swindled. I mean like brutal None of this stuff is working The the payments that tax thing they talk about where they defer it yeah deferred the taxes A closing attorney would sit down and go you're aware of this sign here you're aware of this sign here She signed all that paperwork and went our ghost. I didn't read it And like a freeze frame like she's in a sitcom guys if we let people do this There would be so many like There's a reason that closing attorneys that exist and they don't work for either party Like they're there to make sure the transaction is legal and fair and whatever happened here was a robbery And this closing attorney didn't even bother. I just want to know if there's one there I just want to know how legal it's all was fair enough fair enough We did everybody congratulations to us. We do have some movies coming out And March which we'll preview later this week Yeah, it's time for the double-decker of the week is where we dive deep into the life of a double-decker Um, who has signed up for brainwax m plus uh-huh at the double-decker tier or hot brainwax m plus calm

51Who do we have today? We have kinyata Matthew. Yeah, kinyata Matthews Kinyata been on somewhat of a health kick lately. Okay. Taken it to another level. All right Kinyata been in the lab working on a new protein Yeah, a new protein something that is You know some of the problem is like texture and what it looks like when you get like a meat That's not a meat a real yeah, so it's possible. Yeah, so can you add this cup of something that's a it's always perfectly pink So it looks just grilled to perfection. It's like a like a medium-rare right perfect And it just you know the taste it's there. It's it's there. You know, we're working on it But it's just hasn't been really doing great. I wasn't really taking off um And so I think that kinyata's just having kind of bummed out about it. There's an all there's an alternative meats alternative meat that gives the Look that's off medium And the taste isn't awful. No, no, but it's not taking right right what's it called flamenco

58Perfectly think so Bicious that it might have something to do with the name just kind of worried about The association. I guess it's been the big feedback Yeah That's my favorite one I was just packaging like Oh man, it's is it confused this a bird say the word long long leg It's it's really unfortunate bad timing. They're going for flamennon. They should maybe pivots Maybe it's the branding. Yeah, it could be Because I don't think she's really landing flamenco people might think that they're going to be eating flamenco But it's just it's just like to each his own. It works really good like it just looks good. It's kind of cool They just all works good except for the experience the brain user. Yeah, they aren't really not really landing Flamenco tried so we're really rooting for kinyata success Absolutely absolutely
