Rocket Day at Pierrepont Gamston: Sparking Science Fun

0:00On March 14th, kids at Pierpont Gamston Primary School kicked off science week with a hands-on rocket-day event led by Nick from Steamco. In classes, students from years one through six got creative, designing and assembling their own rockets from simple materials. Out on the school field that afternoon, everyone gathered for the big launches, watching the rocket soar amid lots of cheers and high energy. The day wrapped up with Nick's impressive pro-level rocket demo, which wowed the kids and teachers alike. Thanks to fundraising from the school's PTA, this fun activity sparked real interest in science, blending learning with excitement for the whole week.
