Two public servants were found to have committed serious corrupt conduct, while four others, including former Prime Minister Scott Morrison, were. Cleared of any wrongdoing, Mark Withnow, Miss Lead Department of Social Services Officers back in 2015, while preparing a key cabinet document, Serena Wilson did something similar in 2017, giving false information to the Commonwealth Ombudsman during their review. No federal charges will come from this. Commission officials decided it was not right to send the case to prosecutors.
