This week we are discussing Golden Sun, a Game Boy Advance game released in 2001 that follows a group of young Adepts on a quest to stop a powerful force from unleashing the ancient power of Alchemy upon the world. Packed with classic turn-based RPG combat, inventive Djinn mechanics, dungeon puzzles, and a memorable cast of characters, Golden Sun has earned its place as a fan favourite, and now, as the winner of our 2026 RPG Poll, it’s finally time to find out if it lives up to the hype.
