Resistence Endorsement 9.10.26

About this episode

I said yesterday that the endorsement I was most proud of, so far, was the Colorado AFL-CIO. This endorsement isn’t less or more than that endorsement. It’s different.

It’s a special feeling to be standing up for our democracy and knowing that my fellow veterans are knowingly standing with me, and me with them.

Long before I decided to run, I made a video discussing the idea that so many veterans supported the election of Trump. I’ve never believed in my heart that a majority of veterans are Trump supporters. To borrow a term from my Army days, there’s just a bunch of cheese-eating rats who happen to be loud, obnoxious, and ignorant.

In 2026, we’ll find out if I’m right.

I’m grateful and proud to have the VoteVets endorsement.
