Resistance Policy

About this episode

I’ve published a new surveillance policy that calls on Colorado to prohibit license plate reader cameras on government property and ban the collection, use, or sharing of that data by state agencies.

There is already bipartisan concern about these systems. I believe regulation is not enough. We need a clear constitutional line.

The full policy paper is available on my campaign website. I hope you’ll read it and share it.
