Resistance, Fear and Trusting the Unknown

In this solo episode, I explore why we often feel scared about doing deep healing work. It's completely common to experience resistance because of the fear of the unknown and the looming question of who we will be on the other side. We often harbor an unconscious fear of what we might lose, whether it’s relationships, comfort, or our current sense of safety, if we finally step into our power.

I discuss how these fears stem from deep coping mechanisms created in childhood, where we learned to abandon ourselves to get our needs met. I also share my personal journey of leaving my job as a school counselor to fully commit to my business, describing the moment when the energetic frequency of staying became more painful than the fear of leaping.

We dive into the nature of emotions as simply energy in motion and how resisting them causes symptoms like anxiety, procrastination, and self-doubt .
