About this episode
The beech trees are starting to release the end of last year’s growth, just in time for new buds to form. I think of people that tried to change a New Years’ habit but are still hanging on to it. Now is a wonderful time to release the old in our lives as we start readying for new spring growth.

0:00Welcome to this message from the mountain coming to you from the Fort Hills of the White Mountain Sea in Hampshire. Today's podcast is titled Releasing the Old. Well, it's time for the remaining leaves on the beach trees left over from last year to be released, so that new growth will take place. They're about the last trees to release their leaves, and it's the time of year two where it's great for people to release the old, whether it's an old habit that they wanted to get rid of it the first of the year that is still hanging on, like losing some weight or changing other habits, even their thinking. Now's the time, because spring is right here in the horizon, and the excitement of the summer looms ahead, and it's like starting life a new again, just as the beach trees are doing the same. Just from lessons from nature, my name is Michael Athoy, and this is message
1:01from the mountain. Just my prayer, these words are writing good for you and if you hear them. Thank you so much for listening.
